Read Before You Purchase

Before you make any purchase here at Texas Joe Sports, you need to be made aware of the following:

• The lines posted here are current as of the time they are posted.  However, lines change.  We will not be held responsible if the line for any sporting event goes up or down, from the time we post it here until the time you are ready to make your wager.  Same goes for money lines.  If a line does change, it is up to you to use your own best judgment as to what effect this has on our recommendations and your chances for profiting from any wager made based upon them and then act accordingly.
• Sports handicapping is not an exact science.  All handicappers can and do have losing weeks, months and even entire seasons.  If someone tells you different, you have most likely met a liar.
• Texas Joe and CJ pick games they believe that they and you can profit from.  If, on any particular day, they do not see a sporting event that meets their criteria for profitable wager, they will not post any.  Therefore, if you purchase picks for a week, month or season, there will be days without any picks being posted.
• At Texas Joe Sports we sell sports picks.  We do not encourage you to wager on sports if you live in an area where it is illegal for you to do so.  What you do with the information once you have purchased it is your business.   But, once again, please only wager on sporting events where it is legal to do so.
