NCAA Football FREE PLAY: SOUTH FLORIDA at CONNECTICUT (12/5)

COLLEGE FOOTBALL — December 5

SOUTH FLORIDA at CONNECTICUT
(Connecticut -7.5, Total 50) — In their home game against Miami, the Bulls played like a team that didn’t even want to be there. Could it be that they are just nauseated about the prospect of another appearance in the St. Petersburg Bowl? BJ Daniels is just barely 50% accurate, and will that really do against a Husky squad that has consistently over-performed (9-1 ATS – only spread loss to Rutgers), comes into the game off impressive outings against Notre Dame and Syracuse, and often has a way of controlling games on the ground with the tandem of Jordan Todman and Andre Dixon (181 ypg combined)? U-Conn didn’t have such a rushing attack last year when they dropped a 17-13 decision in Tampa. Now, however, they are putting forth special effort for highly-capable coach Randy Edsall and fallen teammate Jasper Howard, and there is no reason for them to pull up before the finish line.
